Program Overview

The goal of this workshop is to help participants improve job performance by taking more responsiblity for managing their own development. Unlike many traditional performance appraisals, which mainly involves the manager's overall rating of an employee's past performance, the Development Discussion emphasizes skills improvement, better use of an individual's talents, and job satisfaciton. There is no overall rating that becomes part of the employees personnel record, nor does it affect salary.
